Could it be true? Are people using cigar wrappers as blunts for marijuana joints?A Dallas Observer Blog Post brought it to my attention that a Dallas City Docket proposes the outlawing of the sale of individual cigars. The minimum number of cigars that can be sold at a time will be 5, according to this. Check out this bullshit:
"An ordinance amending Chapter 41 of the Dallas City Code to: (1) prohibit the sale of individual cigars; (2) require that cigars be sold in packages of at least five; (3) provide defenses; and (4) provide a penalty not to exceed $500 - Financing: No cost consideration to the City".
As a blog commenter notes, there is something similar going on in Maryland.
Why, you ask? To prevent people from using the cigar blunts to roll joints, of course. Oh it's all makes sense now.
Our Take: BANANAS... B-A-N-A-N-A-S!!! These people are out... of... their... minds! The phrase "I know my rights" comes to mind. The retort to which these days seems to be "None."
